How to Book
Due to ongoing issues with our normal booking system, bookings for the Lechlade Summer camp 18th – 22nd July 2024 will be taken by email only.
Bookings will open at 12.00 midday on Saturday 1st of June. Any emails received that are date stamped before this time will not be accepted. Only one booking per email is permitted.
The cost of the weekend is £75 per unit for five days (four nights) per caravan or tent, with a maximum of two adults, unlimited under 18 yrs or concessions. There is no charge for dogs.
This event is restricted strictly to 29 units. We will implement a waiting list in the event of oversubscription.
If you would like to reserve your place, you must email thecommittee@amwa.org.uk after 12.00 midday on Saturday 1st June with the following details: -
Lead bookers name and address and contact details
Names of everyone in your party
Number of dogs you will be bringing to the event.
If you secure a place, you will receive confirmation by email with details of how to pay.
