THE COURSE:

The course will provide the option of short (7.5-9 miles) and long distance (16-25 miles) treks which will be altered depending on weather and trail conditions.  The mileage achieved will contribute towards your pledged total for The Great UK Mercy Race 2016.

Teams will be split into two groups (Short & Long distance). As with the Christmas night Trek each group will have a lead musher and group members will follow on together. The length of the longer distance will be agreed by all prior to departure. There will still be options to cut short if required.

TRAIL DESCRIPTION: Gently undulating over Salisbury Plains, the trail is flinty in places,
and therefore dog boots are advisable
