Website Update

Dear Members,

At last year’s AGM we promised to deliver a members only area on the official AMWA Website where you can store your personal information (Name, address, email address, phone number, membership number), your vehicle details, and finally your dog’s details. This information can be amended and updated by you at any time.

The benefits of registration are that you will then be able to renew your membership, complete a booking form for a non-working event and/or complete an entry form for a Rally or Trek, make a payment by PayPal or Stripe for Credit/Debit card payments all in one go on the Website or Mobile App. You will receive an email confirmation of your booking/entry and the Membership Secretary or Event organiser will then have access to the relevant documentation as well as confirmation of payment.

The booking/entry forms will be accessible via the Events tab on the Website/App and you will simply be able to read the Flyer providing you with all the relevant information and click on the enter Event Button.

By working through the logically laid out drop down boxes you can select your details which will pull through from the stored information. The fees payable will be automatically calculated which will be visible when you go to the checkout.

The good news is after a lot of hard work that has gone on in the background the system is now live and the first Event you will be able to enter Online is the Fun/Training Weekend in August. You will receive an email from website@amwa.org asking you to complete your online registration by first creating a password which will be known only to you.

IF YOU HAVE NOT RECEIVED AN EMAIL  IT COULD MEAN THAT THE EMAIL ADDRESS GIVEN WHEN YOU BECAME A MEMBER / RENEWED YOUR MEMBERSHIP IS INCORRECT. IF SO PLEASE EMAIL: membership@amwa.org.uk WITH YOUR CORRECT EMAIL ADDRESS AND THE REGISTRATION EMAIL WILL BE RE-SENT.

Once you have created the password it will direct you directly to the Website where you can enter the relevant details.

Once complete you can go to the Events tab where you will be able to complete the booking form for the Fun/Training Weekend. Please remember the booking will not be completed until the payment is made.

The ‘My Account’ functionality is now available in the mobile app. If you are unable to view it in the dropdown menu, please close down all of your apps and then re-open the AMWA app. If you are still experiencing problems please contact Angela Dwyer using the feedback form

Dear Non-members,

As the members registration process does not apply to you, if you want to book for the Fun/Training Weekend, you can simply go to the events tab, select the Enter event button and complete the boxes manually. Once you have made payment and completed the booking, you will still receive email confirmation of your booking

PLEASE NOTE:
When registering with the website you need to add all the people on your household membership. You need them all in the one account so you can enter them into events together. The link to register is only sent to one householder, not to every member.
